We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Qalb Attar & Perfume.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped (whichever is earlier).
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order number as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

  • An item is missing from your order

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes and attars are not eligible for refunds, unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

  • Our team will review your request and confirm approval.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
