All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high demand periods, festivals, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship across India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other cities & towns: 3–6 business days
Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, orders above a certain value, or during promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

You will receive a confirmation message/email with your tracking number.
You can track your order status using the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with:

Please take clear photos of the package and products immediately.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
